Some of them choose to split morning and afternoon shifts to look after their children before being supported by relatives. Some people with children of the same age invite children's colleagues to the office, then their children can play together. However, these are all temporary solutions.

Pham Thu Huyen's family (Hanoi) has two children, the 8-year-old and the 14-year-old, who are all allowed to drop out of school; the husband is busy, Huyen has to come up with a plan on how the child can be cared for and the mother can still work. She considered the plan to install three cameras of FPT so that if the children have to stay at home for a long time, parents can still monitor them while working. "The global pandemic does not know when it will end, now instead of finding a temporary solution, I plan for the long term. Children are independent, and their parents are also more secure," said the 39-year-old mother.
