FPT Telecom achieved Customer service award

FPT Telecom was honored in the category of "Fixed broadband Customer Service in 2020" at the ceremony of “Mobile broadband and fixed Internet service provider in 2020”.
 
The ceremony to announce the award of "Mobile broadband and fixed Internet service provider in 2020" was held solemnly on the morning of March 27, 2020 at Hilton Hanoi Opera Hotel, No. 01 Le Thanh Tong Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. This is a prestigious technology event organized annually by the International Data Group (IDG Vietnam) in collaboration with the Radio-Electronics Association of Vietnam. Due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, the awards ceremony was organized online between the Council and the businesses.

Accordingly, FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company (FPT Telecom) is honored to be awarded the "Fixed Broadband Customer Service in 2020" award for its persistent efforts, further confirming its firm position in the market of Internet service providers as well as in Vietnamese customers.
 
This is also the second consecutive year FPT Telecom has received the award for Customer Service of IDG Vietnam. FPT Telecom was honored to be awarded the award "Fixed Internet service provider with the highest customer-satisfaction on service quality and customer care in 2019".
 
The award is considered by IDG Vietnam based on 4 criteria including "Reasonable price"; "Customer Service"; "Promotions" and "Time to resolve incidents and complaints". This result is a proof for FPT Telecom's relentless efforts in expanding its network and service quality.
 
The survey was conducted by International Data Group (IDG Vietnam) and the Radio-Electronics Association of Vietnam from January 1, 2020 to March 15, 2020 in 12 major cities. The number of successful surveys is 5,156 for those who have been using the mobile broadband service. In particular, the focus interview questions are designed to clarify how mobile broadband services meet users' needs, the overall perception of users about service quality as well as specific criteria to evaluate and understand service usage habits.
 
First organized in 2017, the award has built a reputation and is a great source of useful information about satisfaction levels and unsatisfactory customer feedback using mobile broadband services, as well as fixed Internet service providers. Through this, the units will have the basis to improve the quality of service and customer service quality and achieve new developments in the future.
 
In 2020, FPT Telecom will also launch many new products with outstanding quality, such as upgraded versions of customer service application Hi FPT, FPT Camera, FPT Oncall, FPT iHome, and FPT Play Rogo, etc. With the commitment to customer service, FPT Telecom is always looking for ways to enhance and promote customer experience policies, provide customers with a well-trained, responsible and knowledgable staff to timely support customer.
