Scope: Nationwide
Form of promotion: The customers register to join, choose a gift and fulfill some requirements of the program. FPT Telecom will spin the wheel to pick out the lucky winners.
Prize:
2 prizes: each prize comprises a pair of full-service tickets for water park, games and ice skating at Vincom Royal City, Hanoi worth VND 1.2 million for 2 persons.
2 prizes: each prize is one buffet set at Sen Restaurant (60 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi) worth VND 924,000 for 2 persons.
2 prizes: each prize is 1 voucher for 2 days 1 night at Pho Hoi Riverside Resort – Hoi An worth VND 960,000 for 2 persons. (the prices is applicable during December 2013 and January, February 2017 - not applicable during the holidays, Tet)
2 prizes: each prize is a 60-dish BBQ Buffet party at Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Restaurant (255 Huyen Tran Cong Chua, Da Nang) worth VND 1,000,000 for 2 persons. (Not applicable during the Lunar New Year)
2 prizes: each prize is a buffet party at Ganh Restaurant under Palace Hotel Sai Gon worth VND 880,000 for 2 persons
2 prizes: each prize is 1 voucher for 2 days 1 night at Coral Sea Resort Phan Thiet Hotel, worth VND 900,000 for 2 persons (the price was asked directly at the hotel during December 2016 and January, February 2017, not applicable during the holidays, Tet)
2 prizes: each prize is 2 SENNHEISER Headphones MX365 worth VND 1,042,000
2 prizes: each prize is a Sakos Pioneer 4 trolley case worth VND 1,080,000
2 prizes: each prize is 1 pair of Royal Scoot M20 helmets worth VND 980,000
2 prizes: each prize is 1 set of FPT Play Box worth VND 2,190,000 (The number of this product is limited to 2 sets. Thus, only 2 winners among the customers choosing this prize will receive it.)
Provisions and rules:
a) Rules of participation:
- The customers newly subscribed to FPT Television or Internet or newly subscribed to both of them in December 2016.
- Applicable to individual or household customers only.
- The customers participating in the program are required to have a Facebook account to share information and post their comments.
- At 12:00 PM on 31 December 2016, the Organizer will spin the wheel and pick out the lucky winners by spinning twice per prize to choose 2 of the customers who have selected such prize.
- The contract winning the prize shall be used online by 5 January 2017.
- For each Contract of new subscription, the customers will be offered one spin per day. The customers who fail to win the prizes in the previous day are still eligible to participate in the next round.
b) Process of participation:
Step 1: The customer enter his/her ID number and e-mail (note that such e-mail must be the frequently used one so that the Organizer could provide him/her with the information on program results) and contact phone number. The system will check the validity of his/her ID card to see whether he/she has subscribed to FPT Telecom's services in December 2016.
Step 2: The customer chooses one gift from the list in Section 4.
Step 3: The participant sends an invitation (by tagging another) on Facebook to his/her relatives or friends in order to receive such gift together, and the invitee shall accept and agree to post the information on the program on his/her Facebook.
Step 4: The program will hold a lucky draw on 18, 25 and 31 December 2016 to pick out the winners.
c) Awarding rules
- The winner must be a Contract owner holding the ID number registered for the program.
- The customers who are using FPT Internet or Television, or using the both of them at the time of winning and awarding the prize.
- FPT Telecom will award the prize according to the type of gifts previously chosen by such customer. In some special cases, FPT Telecom reserves the right to change to another item or service of the same group with the same value (FPT Telecom will contact the winner to discuss related issues)
- For the prizes "In kind", FPT Telecom will send the gift to the address that the customer provided in the registration page within 7 working days from the date on which FPT Telecom confirmed it with him/her.
- For the prizes falling under the 2 groups "Travel & Leisure" and "Food", FPT Telecom will contact the customer within 5 days (working days) from the date on which the results were available to proceed the awarding procedures. Upon receiving the prize, please make a booking on your own with the place where the service will be used. FPT Telecom will assume no responsibility for full reservation, etc. once the customer uses the service without reservation or fails to follow the provisions of the place where the service is offered. Where the customer wishes to use more costly service compared to the prize that FPT Telecom awards, he/she will bear the arising cost, and contact and discuss it with the place where the service is provided.
- For each type of prize, the customer is entitled to receive the prize once only (where he/she chose the same type of prize and was lucky to win all those prizes).
- Within 10 days from the date on which the Organizer contacted the customer, should he/she fail to respond, he/she will be considered to refuse the prize and it will be canceled and put in FPT Telecom's fund.
- Upon receiving the prize in kind or using the service, please take a photo with this item, or of the moment you are enjoying the service. Then send it to khoadnt@fpt.com.vn.
- FPT Telecom will reserve the full rights to use these photos for the purposes of promotion and communication.
- FPT Telecom is exempted from all the Customer's claims concerning the quality of the third party's products and services in the program.
- The prizes will be valid until 31 March 2017.
- The prizes are unexchangeable for cash. The Organizer reserves the discretion to remove any customer from the contest without prior notice should it detect that such person has taken any action affecting the final honest result of the contest.
