According to Mr. Nguyen Tien Long, the Workshop was organized based on FTI's desire to update the latest technology products in the domestic market. At the same time, according to the preliminary assessment, many corporate customers are increasingly in need of using a larger and more complex server system to handle data problems. Therefore, FTI and DELL have cooperated to bring the latest blade server MX7000 series introduced in Vietnam to meet this demand.

Previously, DELL launched the blade server PowerEdge MX focusing on customers who need large-scale performance and moderate-scale effects. FTI conducted a discussion with DELL’s Product Manager to collaborate, introduce and share products to customers of both parties. During the sharing session, technicians of FTI and DELL - those who directly operate the system were invited to attend to be able to experience the trial version of the product and listen to the sharing and analysis of the expert from Singapore.

The goal of both FTI and DELL in this cooperation is to promote products and bring more value to customers. "It is not just about selling products, it is advising customers' systems as well as sharing the benefits they will gain when using new products." - Deputy Director of ODS shared. “This product line is one of the devices to be considered a solution for customers, from operating the company to running large services requiring data analysis such as Big data or IOT, which requires these devices to solve problem. It is in the ecosystem which is the data center”.

At the same time, the desire of FTI in this cooperation is to convey to partners and customers the message: “Once customers and partners implement this system, the team of FTI and DELL will always support and operate at any time”. Currently in Vietnam, there are not many businesses using this MX blade server line of DELL because the product is newly launched and highly complex. The configuration and deployment are not simple and requiring support from experts from FTI and DELL.

By coordinating to bring the new blade server MX7000 to customers and partners, FTI affirms its pioneering position in introducing and supporting consulting solutions for high-class and modern product lines of big technology firms.
