Today (January 15, 2018), FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company (FPT Telecom) cooperates with Vietnam National Payment Joint Stock Company (NAPAS) to officially launch the free and automatic fee payment service with the name AutoPay on Hi FPT application from January 2018.
 

Accordingly, after only one registration and authentication on Hi FPT application, monthly Internet and television service charges of FPT Telecom's customers will be automatically deducted from the registered card account. Thus, customers do not need to take time to remember the payment term, and can save cost, time and effort compared to monthly payment by cash at the counter or at home. Currently, AutoPay service is pre-deployed with international cards including debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express issued in Vietnam.
 

 

To use AutoPay, customers need to register Tokenization to encrypt and save card data. Tokenization allows with only one registration and information verification, customers do not need to re-enter payment information for next time. This utility is also applied to customers who actively pay online on Hi FPT without exposing actual card details. Customers can digitize multiple cards, and in each payment, customers only need to select a digitized card and authenticate to complete the transaction.

FPT Internet and television customers can download Hi FPT application from AppStore or Google Play, log in with the mobile phone number registered with FPT Telecom to use the new online payment solution.

Along with the addition of modern payment utilities on Hi FPT application, FPT Telecom also opened payment channel on website https://member.fpt.vn/ accepting payment by domestic and international cards, and by Internet Banking of more than 30 major banks in Vietnam.

In order to encourage the service experience, from now until the end of February 2018, FPT Internet and television customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City registering successfully for AutoPay service for the first time will be given VND 50,000 immediately and this will be deducted for the first successful payment on Hi FPT application or on website https://member.fpt.vn/. New roaming customers can also enjoy additional online payment incentives along with other promotions.
