According to the operating principles, each HD Box is only viewable on one TV. To watch various programs on 2 TVs or more, you can register to install another Box. Please call 19006600 for detailed consultation.

2. Which connection ports does the HDBox output include?

The HDBox includes the following output connection ports: 1 HDMI port, 1 AV Combo port, 1 Optical Sound port.
 

3. What is the video quality standard of the dramas offered on VOD-HD?

The image quality of the movies on HDBox Drama can be either 720p or 1080p depending on the year of release.

4. How many TV channels are available on HD box?

Number of HD channels: 42; Number of SD channels: 169; Total number of channels: 211

6. What if the Box is turned on but only “FPT” logo shows up on the screen then come the black screen?

Use an AV cable to connect the TV to the Box.
  • If you have another TV, plug the HD Box into the TV and check it again.
  • Go to Settings> Image output>  Switch definition to 720 i/p 50/60 Hz, 1080 i/p 50/60 Hz:
  • Switch the image output on the HD Box to those definitions matching your TV
  • In each switching, reboot the TV and Box.

7. What if a notice of self-adjusting system disconnection showed up when turning on the HD Box?

Restart the device: Modem + HD Box + division SW (if any)
  • Check whether LAN connection is available between your modem and HD Box

8. What if some channels are hearable but invisible or vice versa?

  • Check the HDMI/AV cable
  • Check Image/Sound on TV / HD Box
  • Checking the HDMI port:  on TV or on HD Box
  • Device crash error: TV, Modem, HD Box, intermediate devices (division SW, transmitter, etc.). Turn off/on each device.

9. What if some of the TV channels are blurred?

Follow these steps
  • Check and clean the HDMI/AV port, use another HDMI/AV cable
  • Set parameters on the HD Box:
  • Image output: according to TV standards
  • Color space: sRGB
  • Brightness: 50
  • Contrast: 50
  • Color: 60

You can still connect the TV to the HD Box of the AV port. However, you should consider upgrading to the latest generation of TVs to fully enjoy attractive program in HD quality
