Here are the features that help "identify" students in the 4.0 period

The 4.0 technology revolution has had and will continue to have a significant impact on many aspects of life, especially education. Students' conventional learning techniques have been greatly altered by the influence of technology.

In recent years, Vietnamese education has consistently stressed the importance of information technology in the classroom and encouraged its use. Students are becoming more comfortable with online learning and using machines to find study materials. Thanks to technology, students are becoming more active, self-study and get experiences from life, not limited by knowledge in books.

“My son is in 7th grade this year, but I can't keep up with his exploratory thinking,” said Mr. Minh Tuan, 45, of Binh Thanh district. “Today's children often use technology to study, which is far from the time when my wife and I only learned from books, we had to search for information, and we had to struggle to find books in the school library.”

It can be said that the digital transformation age has had a significant impact on their learning methods; let's see how students in the 4.0 era have changed their learning methods.

Attending the classes anytime, anywhere

This is what makes parents "envious" of their children as well. Since today's learning is no longer confined to the classroom, teachers and students are in constant contact. Students may also plan their own class schedule and enroll in a class that has opened in the United Kingdom, the United States, or Canada. They can quickly enter the class and meet teachers and friends by simply making a video call.

Online learning has been a "savior" for both schools and students during the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak. When the epidemic broke out, all schools released orders for students to study online at home. This is the time for parents to understand the importance of providing their children with more opportunities to interact with new technology.

Project-based practice is preferred

Students in the 4.0 period have more chances to engage with outside expertise because they are no longer bound by textbook knowledge. As a result, students' learning spirits become increasingly involved. Furthermore, students in the 4.0 age choose to work in groups, obtain several sources of information, and create scientific projects and put them into effect.

Online revision

Students in the 4.0 period gradually moved away from backpacks full of books and toward effective assistants, who helped to simplify the process and make it easier to concentrate on learning. “Entering the exam season, I don't need to prepare photocopies of documents to do homework anymore,” Thien Bao, a 10th grader at Gia Dinh High School, saidInstead, I upload the topics to Fshare, and when I need to solve an issue, I simply open the assignment on my phone or laptop, which is both cost-effective and convenient, as I no longer need to carry a stack of papers."

Not only Thien Bao, many students also love this data storage and sharing tool.  Because Fshare is the leading online data sharing and storage social network in Vietnam that allows operating on a cloud computing platform, students can store and share learning data up to 300 GB anytime, anywhere.
